DESIGNA USA is expanding rapidly across the country and looking for the ideal Regional Sales Manager in our Western U.S. territory. Through your leadership, management and coordination of company sales and sales support functions within the Western Region (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ, UT, WY, MT, CO, NM) for Partner and Direct Sales, you will execute and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the department Director and Marketing Team. Your contributions will expand our company’s footprint and improve our bottom line as we grow our presence across the USA.

As a key member of the team, reporting directly to our Director of Sales & Marketing, you will have the opportunity to help us expand our dealer network and footprint in the region selling our solution directly to building and parking facility operators. DESIGNA Access Corporation is the North American subsidiary of a large European Group that develops, manufactures, and installs fully automated parking access and revenue control system solutions. DESIGNA USA goes to market through both direct sales and distribution channels, and provides design, turn-key system implementation, training, and ongoing support services to our parking facility management clients.
Things You Love To Do
Coordinate regional company sales and collaborate with our Business Development function to deliver target results
Follow up on opportunity leads and generate sales opportunities through personal contacts in the marketplace
Develop and maintain Integration Partner Distribution Channels for DESIGNA Products & Services
Assist the Sales and Marketing Team in establishing new Partners in underserved markets
Evangelize DESIGNA solutions to key industry influencers (National Operators, Consultants and Major End Users) to drive sales to DESIGNA’s Partners and Direct Offices
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan
Manage sales pipeline and CRM input
Coordinate with the company marketing function to help identify and develop new customers for products and services as well as new products and functionality
Prepare monthly executive summary of all sales and marketing activities showing turn over, back log, pipeline, won/loss ratio and dealer/partner activity summaries
Directly manage Partner Sales and major and critical client accounts in the region, and coordinate the management of all other regional accounts
Participate in the development of new project proposals including responses to RFPs for partners and direct clients
Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, distributors, and colleagues

What You Need To Have
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience within the Parking, Access and Revenue Controller related industry – such as building access / alarm systems
Valid Driver’s License, Passport, Personal Vehicle and clean driving record required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Available to travel throughout the continental US, Canada and Europe when needed
Able to work flexible hours (occasionally during weekends) to ensure customer requirements and commitments are met
Well versed in Strategic Selling Skills and Value Selling to C-level decision makers
