This position will be operationally responsible for all matters related to parking and transportation including employee and patient parking, valet and shuttle services as well as management of permits, enforcement and associated technology with parking and transportation. Position serves as liaison with the hospital and university on departmental planning and operations. Position is responsible for long-term planning to meet parking demands, identifying and implementing strategic parking initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) required. 3 years of related experience required. Previous supervisory experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Ability to analyze data. Project management and planning skills. Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and management skills. Ability to demonstrate creative, customer service, servant/leadership model of collaboration. Skilled in Microsoft Office products: word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, along with other computer applications. Ability to multi-task and prioritize many departmental needs and responsibilities. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written form. Excellent interpersonal skills. Work well with others in a team environment to develop projects and overcome presented problems.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
